The TranSend electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) app is used by customers who need an easy-to-use and intuitive PDA system for their own or agency drivers with the flexibility to handle customer-specific delivery requirements.  Drivers receive their route for the day in a simple format that only shows the details they need relevant to each drop or collection. Easy, step-by-step instructions ensure they complete every stop exactly as you or your customer wants.

Once out on the road, the ePOD app manages the complete delivery process, presenting the driver with detailed stop, customer and product information.

  • Workflow instructions include relevant data capture for every process, including customer signature for deliveries and collections, barcode scanning, photos, temperature checks, secure recipient ID, cash collected.
