A leading UK provider of high-quality laundry and workwear rental services, CLEAN is implementing TranSend electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) and integrated route planning software to provide a tailored customer service and for greater operational efficiency and real-time visibility of the delivery operation.

Drivers automatically receive job-specific delivery and collection instructions via the TranSend app, which captures data along the route to feed back live updates to the back office.
