The Executive Dashboard comprises a set of user-configurable KPIs. 

Each user identifies the data groups relevant to them (depots, drivers, routes or vehicles) and can then select the appropriate analysis to be displayed, including:

  • OTIF (On-Time-In-Full)
  • Delivery accuracy (on-time, early or late)
  • Excessive time spent at delivery points
  • Delivery quality (clean, claused or rejected)
  • Depot departure analysis
  • Returns analysis
  • Alerts relating to customer, route or driver issues
